What is Dynamic Soul Resonance? Soul resonance is a state of being , when you are connected and tuned into your inner soul wisdom and joy. It is a powerful state where you become magnetic and the universe becomes alive to you, providing to you your hearts desires. On an energetic level, most people feel disconnected to their soul light energy as it often rests just above their heads. They do not truly embody their soul light. Soul resonance is about stripping away the blocks and fears which cause your soul energy to be disconnected. Thus enabling your souls light to totally merge with your full energy system from root to tip. When your soul has access to the earth through your lower frequencies and feet you become a huge channel for love and light. Life effortlessly flows around you and your body rhythms come back into harmony and balance. This is not to say that you are always in a state f bliss or joy. On the contrary Soul resonance is when you are open to all of life the good the bad and everything in between. Although emotions come and go you are not rocked by them and the circumstances that have created them. Thus you can go through life's joy's and challenges with full body, mind and soul resonance.
How Did Dynamic Soul Resonance Come To Be? This dynamic process is the combination of all of my skills and talents that I have amassed over the years. The biggest teacher though has been my own soul. I have been the guinny pig for this Soul Resonance work, through the meditations and guidance I have received. This work comes from the same place as all creativity, that deep place within that knows itself to be God. My only job is to hold open this space of receptivity and allow the Grace of transformation to clear away all the blocks that are holding you back from fully expressing and embodying your own unique Soul resonance.
PSYCH-K FAQ's:
What is PSYCH-K? PSYCH-K is a unique and direct way to identify and change subconscious beliefs that perpetuate old habits of thinking and behaving that you would like to change. It is a simple process that helps you communicate with your subconscious mind so you can change beliefs that limit your self-esteem, relationships, job performance, and even your physical health! Popularly characterized as a spiritual process with psychological benefits, the word psych is often used as an abbreviation for psychology. More apt in this case, it is used as a variant spelling of the word psyche. The dictionary definition of psyche is mind, soul, or spirit. The overall goal of PSYCH-K is to help you free your mind from beliefs that limit your recognition of yourself as a divine being having a human experience.
How Does PSYCH-K Work? PSYCH-K is a unique process evolving from years of split-brain research and hundreds of sessions with individuals and groups. It creates a receptive state of mind that dramatically reduces resistance to change in the subconscious. The subconscious mind can be accessed in a way similar to a personal computer. PSYCH-K works as a kind of "mental keyboard" — a user-friendly method of communicating with the subconscious mind that is simple, direct, and verifiable.
What is a PSYCH-K Balance? A PSYCH-K Balance is a process designed to create balanced communication with both hemispheres of the cerebral cortex. This "whole-brain" state is ideal for reprogramming the subconscious mind with new self-enhancing beliefs that support your goals rather than defeat them!
How Can PSYCH-K Help Me? Your subconscious beliefs establish the limits of what you can achieve. If your life feels like a car being driven with one foot on the accelerator and one foot on the brake, chances are you have a conflict between your conscious goals and your subconscious beliefs. This kind of conflict can show up in your relationships, job performance, self-esteem, athletics, weight loss, prosperity, even your physical health. If you are facing challenges in any of these areas, please call me and book in for a transforming session.
How Did PSYCH-K Come To Be? PSYCH-K was originated in 1988 by Robert M. Williams, M.A. It was a response to the frustration that came with the realization that typical counseling techniques, which rely almost exclusively on "insight" and "motivation," seldom create real and lasting changes. Rob has spent nearly 20 years developing and improving PSYCH-K. His background in business and psychotherapy creates a results-oriented approach to personal change. PSYCH-K was inspired by a variety of processes, some contemporary and some ancient. It deals with the part of the mind called the subconscious, which is capable of creating dramatic and lasting changes quickly and easily.
Journey FAQ's:
What is a Journey process? A Journey process is a guided introspection designed to address your specific issues, uncover the root cause of whatever needs addressing, and help you to a complete resolution. It will take you deep within, to a place where you will be guided by your own body's wisdom. When you have recovered the memory that is the key to your issue, you are then able to empty out all the associated emotion contained within it and open up to deep forgiveness. Once completely free from this memory, healing and transformation at a cellular level can take place.
How long is a Journey Process? Most sessions take somewhere around the 1 1/2 hour mark. It depends on client to client and each session is always different. I always book out a two hour slot just in case and I would recommend you leave yourself space after our appointment to re-ground yourself before you re-enter your daily routine
Do I need to prepare before a Journey session? The Journey process relies on you undergoing a guided introspection where you become conscious of your emotions, beliefs and behaviours trapped within your body and being. Over the next few days begin to notice if emotions are arising for you in your own body. Maybe take a moment to take a big breath and bring your attention to the place in your body you feel it strongest. This will get your mind used to recognising the broad range of emotions we feel throughout our body as we go about our daily lives and enable you to undergo quick light and effortless Journey process when you arrive for your appointment.

How does cellular healing work? Brandon Bays acknowledges the work of Dr Deepak Chopra who made a life study of successful survivors of illness. He found they had two things in common.
They were able to access something beyond the mind to stimulate healing.
They were able to let go of memories stored at a cellular level.
Cells in the body regenerate at different speeds. In the eye they take only 48 hours, whereas cells in the liver take 6 weeks to regenerate. The question is what stops these cells from regenerating healthily? Dr. Chopra postulated that memories can be stored in the cells and can cause degenerative disease patterns to be passed on, preventing healthy new cell replication. Dr. Candace Pert went further in her book 'Molecules of Emotion' which describes her Nobel Prize nominated research on how emotions affect our bodies at the cellular level. If trauma and negative emotions are not resolved, they become physically stored as a cellular memory, preventing those cells involved from playing their part in the constant chemical communication taking place within the body. These memories not only 'switch off' these cells, but they then lead to emotional and physical disease years after the events originally occurred. Journey processes can enable one to let go of these memories, 'switching on' your cells, and enabling them to once again regenerate perfectly.
